BBZGuitars
of High Wycombe is delighted to announce the availability of Fret King
guitars at our Buckinghamshire guitar showroom and service centre. Fret King
guitars are the invention of guitar guru Trev Wilkinson, whose name has become
synonymous with some of the best guitar designs in the world. The Fret King
range is designed by Trev in the UK and features the Green Label series, hand-built
in England’s North West, and the Blue Label series, produced to the same
exacting standard at the company’s production plant in Korea. We’ve picked
some of our favourite Fret King designs for our Bucks-based music shop, including
the Green Label Elan 60p and the Blue Label Super 60 SP, Elan Super 60
SSP, Esprit 3, Esprit 5 and Esprit 4 bass.
The components for all Fret King guitars are designed in the UK by Trev Wilkinson. Green Label bodies are made by selected specialist machinists, with Trev selecting the timbers, specifying the dimensions and training the team. All of the fret work and finishing which creates the Fret King feel is done in Trev’s Southport workshop.
Bearing in mind these are custom shop guitars and only limited numbers are ever likely to be produced, the price for the Fret King Green Label series is astonishing. At BBZGuitars High Wycombe music shop, you can pick up one of the Green Label models for less than £1200.
With the Blue Label Fret King series, Trev’s attention to detail on quality and production means that these guitars will sit comfortably alongside any super logoed instrument but with a starting price below £500, when you buy your Fret King from our Bucks guitar showroom, they’re hard to beat.
Endorsees of the Fret King range include Paul Weller, Chantel McGregor and Paul Quinn of Saxon, as well as some of BBZGuitars’ favourite customers - Jim Reece of LTD Edition, Roy Fulton of Southbound and Joe Gooch of Ten Years After.
You can check out the range of Fret King guitars we have in stock at our Buckinghamshire music shop by visiting our online guitar shop or dropping into our High Wycombe store.
