These excellent instruments combine very high build quality, great playability, superior tone and fantastic value for money.

Antoria, made its name in the 60s, 70s and early 80s as the brand Ibanez used for guitars imported into the UK for Coppocks of Leeds and of course was involved in the so called ‘law suit’ with Gibson (which never was) due to their use of the ‘open book’ headstock. They recently re-launched under the Adam Hall distributorship and still use the ‘open book’ headstock design!

Check out the video for Wonder Wall by Oasis, for an example of Antoria acoustic guitars being used professionally. Hank Marvin also was often pictured with Antoria guitars, so he wasn’t all about just playing Burns and being credited with bringing the Fender Stratocaster to these shores.

BBZGuitars founder Steve Busby purchased a Les Paul Gold Top copy by Antoria in 1973; still has it and has added several Antoria acoustic guitars, electric guitars and bass guitars to his personal collection.

When Antoria re-launched, BBZGuitars checked out the new product, was delighted with the quality of the instruments and usage of, for instance, Wilkinson hardware and is now proud to offer a range of their fine instruments for beginners through accomplished gigging guitarists.
