Returns Policy

Once delivery of the articles has been accepted no responsibility, (save that which may apply under the manufacturers’ warranty), will apply to damage to the goods.

If the articles are damaged in transit, they will be covered by the insurance which will be included in the shipping price. All we require is that you tell us immediately and enable us to arrange for collection and schedule replacement, within 3 working days, at no further cost to you, the customer.

Note: Stock availability may deem that a refund will be applied in this instance.

Should the article arrive undamaged but in a faulty state, (however unlikely that may be), please inform us immediately and we will arrange for the faulty article to be collected and a full refund or a suitable replacement be provided at no extra cost.

If the item arrives undamaged and without fault but you change your mind about the purchase, you MUST return the item within 7 calendar days at your own cost, with full insurance during transit and we will provide a full refund of the purchase price for the item.

Please note the refund will not include the original cost of shipping that we charged you or the cost of you shipping it back fully insured, to us.

Your rights are not affected by any of BBZGuitars policies.
