BBZGuitars appreciates the need (and your requirement) that your private information is held securely and not shared with third parties.

Our policy is that we will not reveal any customer information to any third party.

Payment Processing Security:
The BBZGuitars website uses a secure payments processing server and shopping cart. Once the transaction is completed no credit card information is retained by BBZGuitars and we have no mandate for further processing of payments from the card, although your name and address information will be retained on our customer database for contact, delivery and customer service purposes.

Should a refund be appropriate, the secure payments service provider will be contacted in order to make the refund to the card used in the original transaction.

We will ONLY deliver to the address registered to the card that was used. Please contact us in the unlikely event that this may cause a legitimate problem. This policy is for your protection.

We may, from time to time, offer you the chance to ‘opt in’ to subscribing to our mailing list. Our default will remain that you will be ‘opted out’ and should you wish to change your status we will offer you that opportunity.
